1. Operator of Services
Chamber of Commerce and
Industries for Munich
and Upper Bavaria,
Munich - Germany, and
the German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry and
Commerce, Tehran – Iran.
2. Application of
Conditions
The conditions of
participation only apply
for companies within the
meaning of §§ 14, 310
passage 1 German Civil
Code (BGB).
3. Application and
Conclusion of Contract
By applying, the
attendee accepts the
conditions of
participation. The
application can proceed
either by sending the
application form by fax
or via post. Generally,
applications are
considered according to
their inflow. The
contract becomes valid
when the attendee
receives a written
confirmation from the
operator.
4. Payment
The participation fee is
to be paid after receipt
of the invoice, before
the workshop begins,
with allegation of the
invoice number.
5. Withdrawal
Due to the existing
waiting list and
planning procedures, a
withdrawal fee of 100%
is being charged after
the contract has been
signed.
6. Cancellation of
Workshops and Amendments
The Workshop can be
cancelled by the
operator due to
-
a failing of a cost
covering quantity of
attendees
-
a short term
non-availability of
the trainer, without
any possibility of
assignment of a
substitute
-
force major
The attendees will be
informed immediately and
already paid
participation fees will
be reimbursed. Further
claims are foreclosed,
as far as that the
operator did not act
with negligence or gross
negligence. The operator
is authorized to change
the trainer or to
adjourn the schedule,
provided that there are
good reasons, such as
sickness of the trainer,
as far as this is
reasonable towards the
attendee.
7. Liability
The operator is only
liable for damages
caused by negligence or
gross negligence.
Essential contractual
obligations, such as the
liability for damages of
life, body or health are
not affected. In the
case of the breach of
essential contractual
obligations, the claim
for damages is limited
to the typically
predictable damage.
8. Data Privacy
The data of the attendee
are only saved and use
for the handling of the
workshop, unless the
attendee certifies with
his signature that he
agrees with the use of
his data for future
events.
9. Copyright
The handouts and the
utilized computer
software are protected
by copyright.
Duplication and
distribution require the
prior approval by the
owner of the copyright.
10. Effect less Terms
The inefficacy of single
terms does not affect
further terms.
11. Side Agreements
Side Agreements are
invalid.
12. Language
The seminars will be
operated in English.
Therefore English
language skills are
expected. |
