More than 30 years
ago, on April 24th
1975, the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce has
been established by
about 100 German
companies. Nowadays,
it has more than
1800 member
companies and is one
of the most
important pillars of
German-Iranian
economic relations.
So important, that
it makes the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce the
fifth-largest
Chamber of Foreign
Trade of Germany (AHK).
With
its good contacts to
the relevant
institutions on
German and Iranian
side, the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce has
earned the respect
and the esteem as
well of the economy
as of both
governments.
Board
and Management were
never afraid of new
challenges, no
matter how hard they
were, and have
always actively
searched for new
solutions. This
might have caused
some controversial
discussions, but at
the end it has
always strengthened
the bilateral
cooperation and
amity.
More
than 22.000 trade
inquiries
demonstrate a strong
demand for trade
information, which
the German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce tries
to accommodate.
It
supports you when
you have questions
such as:
-
Where can I find
a sales partner
in Iran?
-
What do I need
to know
regarding
customs
requirements in
Iran?
-
What is the
actual market
situation for
medical
appliances in
Iran?
-
I
have got
problems with my
sales partner in
Iran. Where can
I find an
attorney?
-
We are looking
for
German-speaking
employees in
Iran. Who can
help us find
them?
Further, the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce
represents six major
German trade fairs.
Yearly, more than
5000 Iranian
companies visit
trade fairs in
Germany, with the
objective to get
informed about
technology and
product innovations.
The German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce has
arranged numerous
delegations to Iran
and Germany. Also,
it has arranged many
events in both
countries, where it
has informed about
the huge potential
of Iranian
companies.
One
of the newest goals
achieved by the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce is the
extension and
upgrading of its
further education
program, operated by
the Executive
Management Training
(EMT) Department. An
MBA-program in
cooperation with the
University of
Applied Sciences in
Kempten, Germany the
University of
Würzburg, Germany,
has already started
three years ago with
a considerable
success. Both
MBA-programs are
dedicated to German
and Iranian top
managers.
Beside its long-term
educational
programs, the
Executive Management
Training Department
has also created
more than 50
short-term courses
in cooperation with
the Chamber of
Industry and
Commerce for Munich
and Upper Bavaria
which will be
introduced in this
brochure. It covers
all relevant topics
of modern
management.
All
educational programs
offered by the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce take
place in its
in-house seminar
facility, Conference
Room München
which can also be
rented by members
for various
purposes, such as
meetings,
conferences and
presentations. As a
service to
companies, we also
offer accomplish-ment
of the courses
within their
premises.
As it already did so
in the past, the
German-Iranian
Chamber of Industry
and Commerce will
also in future
concentrate its
efforts on the
advance and the
intensification of
the German-Iranian
relations, hand in
hand with the
institutions on both
sides. |
